Vision of Role
We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who is both highly organized and proactively strategic. This isn't just about managing tasks; it's about anticipating needs, creating systems, and enabling our Founder and CEO to focus on high-impact work.
This is a highly confidential role requiring someone who can be trusted completely with sensitive board, donor, financial, and personal information. You'll serve as a liaison to our Board of Directors, interact regularly with major donors, and act as the air traffic controller for the Founder and CEO's time, priorities, and communications. The ideal candidate sees what needs to happen before being asked, seeks out opportunities to advance our mission, and brings a hospitality-driven approach to everything they do.
III. Requirements
3–5 years of proven administrative experience in a fast-paced, professional environment required; experience supporting senior leaders or executives strongly preferred
