Hours: 30 - 40 Hours / Part or Full-Time

JOB DESCRIPTION
Vision of Role
The Clinical Director (CD) oversees The Net’s programs for women survivors of sexual exploitation. The CD will provide relevant, high-impact survivor care and programming to women in order to provide sex trafficking victims opportunities for healing and freedom from exploitation.
The ideal candidate holds a Masters in Social Work, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, or is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 1-3 years of experience working with vulnerable women or children.
The CD will be responsible for leading and implementing The Net’s clinical services; including supervising case managers and ensuring clients receive trauma informed care at all levels of the organization.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
The CD focuses on growing and building programs. The CD will establish a strategic vision and guiding program philosophy, identify and develop new programs and carefully monitor the progress toward those efforts.
Develop procedures for monitoring the quality and quantity of the services being delivered to adhere to outputs, outcomes, goals, expected standards of care
Create and oversee curriculum
LEADERSHIP
Acquire and maintain deep knowledge of sex trafficking and trauma, evidence-informed practice, using this information to ensure excellence in service delivery
Supervise all case managers and program staff. This includes leading case management and care meetings and preparing corresponding agendas.
Responsible for coaching and accountability for each case manager
Approve each case manager’s care plan for each client
Oversee all client care plans
Responsible for overseeing mental and emotional health and wellbeing of clients
Provide individual, team, and department coaching, training, and mentorship
Recommend training and professional development opportunities for direct reports
DIRECT SERVICES
Facilitate weekly classes and groups
Maintain a small caseload of case management clients
Create and oversee curriculum
ADMINISTRATION
Oversee administrative and managerial tasks, including approval for direct reports’ reimbursements, purchase requests, timesheets, etc.
EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
Create and/or maintain relationships with community stakeholders and partner organizations
Make sure we have an up to date resource list and ensure case managers are utilizing this for their clients
Available to participate in necessary task forces and committees with partner agencies
Represent The Net on the RISE Treatment Team
Represent The Net through public appearances and speaking engagements, when needed, to share information about the mission with the community.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
MSW, LCSW, or LPC (or similar certification) required
Formal trauma-informed training strongly preferred
Excellent and advanced administrative and computer skills (proficient with Google Doc, Excel, Word, and email platforms.)
Excellent communication skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to connect well with survivors of trafficking using trauma-informed care.
Demonstrated interest and passion for trafficked and exploited women
Strong people skills with ability to lead and motivate teams as well as the ability to authentically connect with a broad range of people
Ability to hold staff accountable for follow through on tasks and commitments
Ability to have a flexible schedule; able to work/attend any special events (with advance notice) on nights and weekends if needed.
Keen analytic, data-oriented organizational and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making
A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and to be a self-starter
Commitment to continuous quality control and improvement
Strong track record of excellence and attention to detail
Two to four years of professional work experience; preferably providing clinical care for vulnerable populations.
