Role: Worthy Co Digital Marketing Content Creator
Hours: 20 hours a week / Part Time

Vision of Role
The ideal candidate is a highly creative, hard-working, self-starter who is motivated to grow alongside a quickly growing social enterprise brand. The Marketing Content Creator will play a critical role in driving sales, maintaining a strong online presence, and executing a marketing strategy for The Worthy Co. They also must be obsessed with empowering women, have a keen eye for aesthetics and design, and love meeting deadlines!
III. Major Areas of Responsibility
Direct Report to the Communications Director
Work with the Director of Communications to strategize marketing campaigns, promotions, special events, and the comprehensive marketing calendar for The Worthy Co brand.
Develop marketing campaigns based on industry trends, seasonal opportunities, and product launches. This includes:
Coming up with ideas for discounts and sales and promotional messaging
Creatively branding campaigns
Ability to create graphics, flyers, and story templates using Canva
Monitor, evaluate and adjust promotional strategy based on campaign results as well as set goals for future campaigns.
Manage promotions on The Worthy Co website by updating products, changing website banners, creating coupon codes, testing sales/discounts, and reporting analytics
Execute an Instagram story strategy for The Worthy Co
Posting or delegating Instagram stories 5 days/week
Regularly updating story highlights
Stories reflect the voice and aesthetic of each brand, are formatted well, and are free of typos
Complete or delegate all social engagement for The Worthy Co
Intermediate knowledge of and experience with Instagram Reels or TikTok
Ideating strategic new video content
Filming and compiling aesthetically pleasing video content using an iPhone
Ongoing learner keeping up to date with latest trends and insights
Assist with photoshoot planning and execution
Coordinating schedules across location, models, photographer, and team members

Qualifications
Proficiency with Canva
Ability to create graphics, flyers, and story templates
Experience managing a social media account
Experience with Shopify preferred
Intermediate knowledge of and experience in photography and using a digital camera
Constantly learning and paying attention to trends and incorporating those into the brand’s content
Organized and skilled at effective time management
Hard-working, energetic, and eager to learn
Strong individual problem solving skills
Responsive and a good communicator
Ability to work independently and to be a self-starter
Active on at least 1 social media platform
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
