The Net is a non-profit in Fort Worth that exists to empower the city to restore dignity to people in poverty trough community and relationships.

We're expanding with every blink of an eye and are looking for passionate students to join the movement to seek justice for the poor in Fort Worth!

We believe by bringing together a group of individuals who dream big, think creatively, and love people, we can make some sweet things happen in our city. Apply below!

The Net's internships run in conjunction with the school year during the Fall/Spring semesters, with the Summer as a separate internship. Interns are required to live in Fort Worth during their internship. Interns will be expected to work 12 hours a week during the school year and 20 hours a week during the Summer, as well as attend any additional events when needed. Internships are unpaid, but support raising opportunities are available. You can receive college credit if approved by your college or university. Oh yeah, and selfie-haters need not apply ;)
Our hope for interns during their time with The NET is threefold:
We want our interns to look and love more like Jesus. Over the course of the internship, The NET will create opportunities for personal growth and development resulting in interns growing into more full image-bearers of Christ.
We want our interns to develop into healthy christian leaders. This internship will equip interns with skills and opportunities that will allow interns to display their leadership capabilities.
The NET serves people experiencing poverty. As a NET intern you will as well! Our goal is to teach best practices and serve our friends experiencing poverty in a gospel-centered way pursuing holistic poverty alleviation.
