Former Intern Spotlight: Kelsey Ritchie

We really like to brag about our interns because they are impact makers and world changers that choose to spend their time serving the marginalized in Fort Worth. Of course they all go on to continue doing amazing things and we think that's something to talk about! So where are they now? First up is Kelsey Ritchie

Where is she now?

“I am currently in Austin, Texas pursuing my Masters in Global Policy Studies at the LBJ School of Public Affairs. I also work as a research assistant at the Clements Center for National Security. This summer, I am working at the US Mission to the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland focusing on refugee policy and international religious freedom.

What was her experience at The Net like?

I learned that the way to make the most impact is to constantly be challenging yourself to go deeper with people and to go deeper with yourself. I learned that the priority always has to be others; serving them, loving them, and letting them serve and love you in return. But most importantly, I learned that God works in big ways when He is trusted in big ways.

We appreciate you Kelsey and are excited for all the world changin' things your future holds
